Wireless router purchase
I'm really bummed about the wireless router I got from this company. Setting it up was a pain and the signal strength is so weak that my internet keeps cutting out. I tried calling customer service for help, but the people on the other end didn't really seem to care. Plus, the price was way too high, especially considering there are better options out there. And to top it off, the delivery took forever. Just an all-around letdown.

Second time ordering
This was my second time ordering from this store, and let me tell you, the delivery was lightning fast and spot on. Sure, some of the stuff I got was a bit messed up, but the customer service totally came through! They grabbed the damaged items and sent replacements immediately. It was really great!

Wind chime purchase
I gotta say, this wind chime is just amazing. The craftsmanship is top-notch and the design is absolutely gorgeous. It adds such a special touch to my outdoor area and the soft sound it makes is really calming.
