Mallory Rock season
I got the Mallory Rock season as a gift recently, and I gotta say I had a blast with it. I ended up playing solo since my partner wasn't into downloading the app to check out the digital clues. The codes were tricky, which amped up the suspense of the game. It was cool being able to speed up the next part if you finish a box early. It kept me hooked and ready for the next part of the story. One thing I would suggest is maybe offering a way to return or recycle some of the physical clues once you solve them. It could help keep things tidy at home but still hold on to the cool evidence pieces. Overall, it was a super fun experience and I'm excited to play more seasons in the future.

Customer Service Experience
I just wanted to share that I had a great interaction with Joseph over at customer service. He was super nice and really helpful. I had a question and he got back to me within a day, which was awesome. Joseph really went out of his way to help me and made sure to take care of all my concerns. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job and making customers happy. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was, which made my whole experience with the company really positive.
