    Customer Service problems

    Customer Service People are either Lazy or Incompetant. Order via internet in Jan. Product was returned to company. No notice to me that this happened but Charge Card was already charged by Company and no refund was given. after waiting 6 weeks, called in beginning of Mar. Found out about return and asked them to resend. Asked them to verify address. Gave them Name, Street, City and 3x notified of Zip Code. They still sent package to wrong address. Saw the wrong address on tracking verification and sent immediate email. Husband sent on also. They did nothing to correct their mistake. Called the following day, they did nothing. They told me that I would have to contact the post office and notify them of the error. I said why me when it was your mistake, again... They said supv says you (I) need to correct it. Spent two hours trying to get somewhere with this issue. Called 3 post offices before I received assistance... waited online for 30 min. NO answer at first PO, rang for ever.
    Second PO phone prompts only. 3rd time numbers matched and had to leave a number for them to call back. ALL THIS BECAUSE OF DR. KELLYANN'S incompetent or lazy employees. No notice of the return in Jan, No effort to correct the mistake they made, No concern about correct information to begin with, sales people not listening to Customers info. This company is not giving good customer service. I hope their product is worth all this inconvenience.
