Running insoles
I recently contacted them to ask about the best insoles for my running problems. The person helping me suggested their priciest product, saying I could easily exchange or return it if I wasn't happy. But those insoles didn't help at all, they made things worse. When I talked to them about it, they didn't even respond. Even though I can still return them, they're not getting back to me. Their customer service is terrible, it's really disappointing. I probably won't buy from them again.
