Customer service experience
I just had the best encounter with a guy named Earl from customer service. Dealing with him was a breeze and actually enjoyable. In a world where customer service usually stinks, it was nice to have such a positive experience. Earl was so professional and helpful, which turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant one. I really thank him for making sure I was happy and all my needs were taken care of. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer to this place in the future because of this awesome experience.
