More than $500 worth
I am waiting since march to receive my complète order. A Dracaena Gold Star - Charcoal worth $195 is missing and when i asked the customer service they didn't know what i was talking about, took more than a week to get back to me and didn't reimburse me although I am waiting for almost 2months! This is not worth it at all, I feel robbed and I don't have my plant nor my money!!!!
I’ve had 2 trees die. Found a spongy fabric around a plant to hold water causing root rot. And anything in a pot OTHER than a grow pot is lined with a biodegradable pot that holds water, causing more root rot and they were indoor plants! Add the fungus gnats and other bugs...I’m with you Cynthia! Never ever again. Planterina is much better. And I have also reported bloomscape.

2 Dracaena trees that cost $195 each!
I have never had a problem with bloomscape but both trees arrived in bad bad shape. My lemon lime was full of smashed and broken leaves which was not “normal wear and tear” since I only had it an hour. My other dracaena arrived in a smashed and destroyed box, which made the tree broken and smashed the whole side of the tree. I’m pretty sure I ordered a whole tree. Oh wait, 2 trees each $195. AND the smashed dracaena had bugs! The leaves browned and started to die within days. I emailed and sent pictures of both trees and nothing! One email asking for pictures which I had already sent! So I sent them all again and then again proving there were bugs. I am thoroughly disgusted and writing the BBB. I want my money back. Smashed half dead trees with bugs are not wear and tear! They should be ashamed. Long time customer gone! Pathetic and sad business ethics, even though they claim a 30 day warranty. Liars!
My daughter recently sent me a starter set from Bloomscape for Mother's Day, but unfortunately, one of the four little plants died. I notified the company and was told by "Emma H." that they would be sending me a completely new order, even though only one plant had been lost. I am beyond happy! I would recommend this company to anyone. They certainly stay true to their 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and the online assistance is second to none.
