CBD Hemp Oil Tincture – Natural – Full Spectrum (CBDOilNatural2000)
I ordered the ...CBD Hemp Oil Tincture – Natural – Full Spectrum (CBDOilNatural2000)..., and my total at checkout was ...$127.98... However, when I received my order, the invoice in the box listed the total as ...$159.98..., and there was an extra bottle of ...CBD Watermelon OG... that I did not order. Nor was it on the invoice.
I reached out to ...Steve... multiple times via email and phone to ask why I was charged more than expected and why the extra item was included. Unfortunately, I received no response.
The only conclusion I can draw is that this was a "bait and switch" — why else would the price be higher and an extra item be included? Sadly, I will never know the answer, as they have not contacted me.
It’s disappointing because I had been recommending this site to friends and family, and the product itself is good. However, I will no longer support a company that doesn’t address issues with their orders.
