thin bar ring
I ordered this ring for my 16 year old granddaughter. The ring was lovely and fit nicely. However, within 10 days the gold plate was coming off. I contacted customer service and asked about having the gold plating redone (at my expense). I was not interested in returning the ring just in having it repaired. Customer service was less than helpful and only offered me a discount on my next order. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again. Note: I added this same comment to the customer reviews on the their website and found that it has been deleted.
