Premium hair care products
I was really interested in the idea of using essential oils and plant extracts in hair products, so I decided to give this brand a shot. I bought a shampoo and conditioner from Rene Furterer, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how great they worked. My hair felt so soft, shiny, and healthy after using them, and they smelled really nice and natural all day long. I could totally tell a difference in my hair after just a few times using them. The packaging was really nice and fancy, which added to the whole luxurious vibe of using these products. I definitely plan on buying them again and trying more from this brand in the future.

Solar eclipse glasses
I was looking for some solar eclipse glasses for the upcoming big event in four days, but they were all sold out! Luckily, B&H came through and recommended a great alternative. The checkout process was super simple and, you won't believe it, I got my glasses shipped overnight for "free"! Yeah, it bumped up the cost a bit, but it's a rare solar eclipse, so why not treat myself a little? Definitely worth it!

Dress purchase for a special occasion
I just bought a dress from this company for a fancy event, but man, their customer service was a letdown. Even though I dropped some serious cash, the rep I talked to just wasn't helpful at all and didn't really care about my issues. Good customer service is key for any business, so I was pretty bummed out by how rude and unprofessional they were.

Super cute pants!
These pants are just too cute and they really flatter my figure! The fabric is super soft and feels amazing on my skin. I can wear them anywhere - perfect for a night out, traveling, or just hanging at home. I love how they're a bit longer, just the right length for me. These pants are officially my new favorite thing! Absolutely love them.

Refund on return
I had a bit of trouble getting a refund for a return because of some mix-ups at the warehouse and not enough customer service help. But after some back and forth, everything got sorted out nicely. They even threw in a freebie as a way of saying sorry. The management really needs to iron out those kinks in their system to make things run more smoothly. Big shoutout to the person who helped me out on social media, though.

400€ sweater purchased for holiday gift
I am so upset about my experience with this company. I bought a sweater as a Christmas gift and paid a lot, thinking it would arrive in 3-5 days. But I didn't hear anything until I called to check on my order. They told me they didn't even have the sweater in stock! This is either a scam or just really unprofessional. The customer service was no help at all, and I feel really let down and tricked. This whole thing is a mess and I'm really upset about it.

Oversized shoe order
I bought these shoes that I was all hyped up about because my foot doctor said they were awesome, but when I tried them on they were way too small. I mean, seriously, how does a brand that's all about comfy shoes mess up the sizes so bad? I'd recommend hitting up the company before you order just to double-check the size, unless you want to wind up like me - stuck with kicks that you can't even put on.

Prepared meals
I've tried a bunch of meals from this service and let me tell you, they just don't cut it compared to restaurant food. Being in the culinary industry myself, I was bummed out by how bland and inconsistent the dishes were. The meat wasn't even cut evenly and needed more seasoning to make it taste better. It seemed like the whole meal was just quickly thrown together without much care. I might give them another shot, but I'll definitely be picking different chefs for my next orders.

I got my tires put on super fast thanks to David and John. They managed to fit me in on a Monday afternoon and did a fantastic job! The delivery was crazy fast too. Prenatal learning device
I've been really impressed with how well things have turned out since using the prenatal learning gadget during the last 20 weeks of my pregnancy. My first kid hit all her marks early on and has excelled in lots of ways. She's been a breeze to breastfeed, a great sleeper, and started walking and talking ahead of schedule. I give all the credit to that device. And let me tell you, getting her potty trained right before her 2 1/2 birthday was a big win too, thanks to that gadget. Some of my friends have had similar successes with it too. I can't wait to see how it helps my second kiddo grow and learn.
