Outdoor furniture set
I recently bought some outdoor furniture from that store, and I was really let down by the whole thing. It took more than two weeks for my order to get to me, which just doesn't cut it in today's fast world. Not hearing anything about the delay was annoying, and I had to contact customer service myself to find out what was going on. But even then, the representatives weren't much help and didn't have any way to speed up the shipping process. They also said they'd give me a 10% discount for the trouble, but I never got it. All in all, this experience was a major disappointment, and I won't be shopping there again.
