Customer service experience
I was about to totally give up on this company because of some problems I had with my order. But after going back and forth with them, we were able to figure something out that made me happy. It did take a bunch of emails to get everything ironed out, but I'm really glad I stuck with it. At the end of the day, I'm pretty satisfied with how they handled things. I just wanted to say thanks for all your effort!
