    rental in Ca to be returned in Arkansas

    I had no problem with the rental in CA, In Arkansas I was hit by a truck driving down the center line. My mirror was his so had it broke the drivers window. If I had not moved over in time it would have been head on. I took the damaged car to the Mountain Home Arkansas Enterprise. I was told there were no cars bu I could take a Van that had come in but not cleaned (despite the claims of Covid cleaning. on all cars). Feeling sick at realizing how close I come to being killed I took the Van, dirty mask and trash in the car. I told the Manager the tire light was on and he told me he had checked the tires and they were OK. I had 2 bad tires on that car. A nail and a piece of metal in one tire and and a nail in the other front tire. I found this when I took the van to the Auto Dealer next door to buy a replacement tire. I returned the car and informed the manager what the dealer had said, this info was was also on the paper I received from the dealer. I contacted Enterprise and received nothing except we will pass the info on, I wrote on their website, no answer. I am 69 yrs old, and felt that I was being dismissed by Enterprise as just an old woman who could be ignored not as a valuable customer. I get frequent emails telling me I am valued and offers for discounts, Why wouldI want to rent from this company again???

    the first car they gave me smelled like weed and heavy sweet perfume had to return it half hour after driving from the stench. The second car they gave me was disgusting dirty other than the floors being vacuumed. If Allstate insurance didn't tell me I had to go there I would have brought the second car back and went elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend the Amityville Long Island office to anyone

    Also forgot to say it went thru my insurance company and they tried charging my credit card also and I had to call them to reverse the charges it was a "mistake" they said. I even tried to contact Enterprise to tell them I was unhappy 2 weeks later still no response.... Customer service big fat ZERO
