Mediocre experience with Trivago
I've been using Trivago for a few years now to book my hotel stays and I've generally had a decent experience with the company. The website is easy to navigate and search for the specific type of accommodation I'm looking for. The filtering options are also quite helpful in narrowing down my options.
One thing I appreciate about Trivago is that they show prices from multiple booking sites, so I can easily compare and get the best deal. I also like that they have a lot of user reviews of the hotels, which helps me make a more informed decision.
However, I have had a couple of issues with Trivago in the past. On one occasion, the hotel I booked through them did not match the description on the website. I contacted Trivago customer service and they were able to help me resolve the issue, but it was still a bit of a hassle.
Another thing that I found a bit frustrating is that the prices on Trivago can fluctuate quite a bit, sometimes even within the same day. So, I have to be careful and keep an eye on the prices. But overall, I would recommend Trivago to others looking for a convenient and easy way to book a hotel stay.
