Personal Utility Ruck Case
I got this really awesome Pelican Personal Utility Ruck Case online, but when it came, it looked like a completely different item from a different company. I called and spoke with a lady named Nikki who was friendly at first, but then she just kept giving me excuses about not hearing back from her team. It took them forever to correct the error and I was just fed up with the whole situation. I ended up having to cancel my order through my credit card company since they couldn't get their act together. It was super irritating!
