    Beware paying for expedited shipping-Everyday SunHat UPF 50+

    I purchased a Sunhat for a trip I was taking, leaving 6/24. I ordered my hat on 6/15 and paid for expedited shipping that their site said would get me the hat in 3-4 business days. Well, save your money folks...because it's been estimated to arrive 6/25 when I am aleady gone. I would not have paid extra for shipping if it wasn't going to get here in time and before I paid the extra shipping...I checked to be sure 3-4 business days was plenty of time. There's no customer service phone number to contact anyone, I've tried getting help from Solbari's "contact us" page twice and nobody has replied. Oh and the best part...I read their FAQ section, unfortunately after making my purchase, and it legit says they aren't responsible for late arrivals even if I paid for expedited shipping. That's poor customer service if you ask me. I will never buy from them again.

    Update-well I suppose you can't trust DHL saying the hat would arrive on 6/25...because lo and behold the hat arrived 6/23, just in time for my trip. Solbari finally did reply to my email, via an email to me and they kindly refunded a portion of my expedited shipping. I still think they should have a customer service phone number to actually talk to somebody if needed. It would have prevented me venting here and giving a 1 star review.
