    Worse Refund Policy and Costumer Service

    Well if I could give them zero stars I would. I was not satisfied with their product and they refused to honor their 30-day money back guarantee. If you offer a guarantee then honor it not just keep annoying the customer for reasons why they did not like it, just refund their money

    Same issue. Their tech admitted PassFab for Word and PDF were not fully functional and still they refuse to issue full refund. Horrendous!

    PassFab for Word and PDFs

    Worst Support I've Ever Experienced and Software Not Fully Functional

    I purchased both their PassFab for Word and for PDFs. Their site states that both these products have a "Brute Force with Mask Attack" function... which is to say, I can choose which characters to search by and not search by. I specifically chose PassFab for this functionality as I have several old encrypted docs/pdfs I’ve lost passwords to and I know the characters I use and don't use.

    Turns out that both products glitch when attempting to use this function. I contacted their tech support, indicating the specific issue I was having and included screen shots clearly showing the malfunction. They replied back saying that this was a known bug/issue and, to quote, "We have feedback this problem to our technian ...sic... They said this is a problem with the library."

    So, known issue and missing functionality that they advertise their software to possess. You'd think that this would be a simple refund. Well, after 8 emails from them they have consistently refused to fully refund me saying that, "I am sorry that it is hard for us to apply for a full refund because of the limitation of the refund system." So, their "refund system" won't allow them to fully refund me and that’s one of their reasons for the refusal?! Just wow!

    I've been through their refund policy and there's nothing indicating any reason for not refunding me in full. It's astonishing to me that they continue to make such excuses. They have also repeatedly stated that they can't refund me due to their refund policy yet have failed to point out exactly where in their policy, after being asked several times, I fail to meet their criteria.

    I highly recommend you look elsewhere. If this is how they are treating me I have to imagine I'm not the only one.
