Soft armor side plates
I don't recommend this product. They use a subpar company, Protect The Force. PTF produced a product that Stevie Wonder as a preschooler could have produced better. they shipped in a bag so the plates came bent in half with permanent creases in the middle. I called PTF and the woman I spoke to gave me attitude and hung up on me saying its not their problem and contact BPZ. I sent BPZ an email they responded with we will exchange the shirt quality ones they said they will send me a return slip and once the plates are received and processed they will make an order for the new plates that will take 8 to 10 weeks and they weren't even soft plates like I ordered. This means 3-7 days to receive the return slip plus 3-7 more days for them to receive them back and most likely 3 or more days to process. That could be another 19 days added to the 8 to 10 weeks. So 12 weeks plus the 10 weeks I waited for the shifty ones and the 4 days I waited to get a ridiculous solution.This means I would have waited just shy of 6 months to get my plates and that is if something else didn't go wrong. This is horrible customer service. They should have said they will put the order for the new plates and sent out the return label and said sorry this happened. Making a customer wait 19 more days for something I didn't do is ridiculous and bad business. I own a Gun business and will steer people away from this headache.
