Flight booking assistance and customer service
I recently had a great experience with a rep from ScholarTrip who gave me amazing customer service. Jina Fiel was quick to answer all my questions and helped me book my flight, pick my seats, and choose my meals. She was really attentive and went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did she give me clear instructions, but she also sent screenshots to help me along the way. I was very impressed with how professional and efficient Jina was.
