Prescription eyeglasses with blue light blocking lenses
I had a really disappointing experience as a customer at Visual Click. I should have listened to the negative feedback before I placed my order because, unfortunately, my experience was just as bad as others had said. I waited for three weeks to get my order, only to find out that it was missing items. I paid more for prescription lenses and blue light blocking technology, but all I got were frames with trial lenses that I can't even use. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, messages, and calls, but all I got was a generic response saying they were looking into it. It's been a while now and the problem still isn't fixed. The lack of communication and failure to deliver what they promised was really frustrating. The service was so unprofessional that it made me regret ever ordering from this website. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone based on my experience.
