Mothers ring
Well I love the ring but it's wrong I only have one sons name on it and the other is on the inside. I've tried to contact you guys 4 times and no response ,I didnt even get an invoice so I can return item to be fixed correctly. I keep leaving messages and am getting very frustrated I'm ready to reverse the charge for this ring. Very bad customer service!!!!!!!!
Do not buy anything from here. We got defective piece of jewelry and ask for refund with in a day or two and even after two months no refund has been issued. They are not based on USA so they don’t reply emails or no phone number available to call. They are fraud and cheaters. This is scam don’t buy from them.
I ordered. a necklace for Mother’s Day have not received it ordered on May 1st
And when you google for a number it come under a another jewelry store.

i paid for expidite shipping and have emailed twice and got no response the ring finally came 3 weeks later and the ring will need to be returned bc one of the prongs that hold the stones in are not set right and one of the stones is chipped. very terrible customer service and very terrible product. DO NOT BUY FROM LORAJEWEL.COM
