Monthly subscription of coffee pods
I signed up for this monthly subscription service to support a small business. Unfortunately, that didn't work out so well for me. The coffee is just ok. I was fine with that because I was trying to support small business. They don't allow subscriptions to be cancelled but you are supposed to be able to "pause" them indefinitely. This means nothing though, because they continue to send you coffee & charge you. As the other reviewer mentioned, it is impossible to get in touch with a real person for any type of customer service. ... I will be contacting my credit card company regarding this fraud.
