Misleading pricing
I felt like I was tricked by the salesperson who said I'd only have to pay one price for everything, but when I looked into it, turns out I actually had to pay extra for some stuff. It was really disappointing and frustrating. I think I should get a refund for the setup fee because of the wrong info I was given.
