Very nice customer service,
I'm sure the chocolates are wonderful.
I placed two orders one for:
New York Website claimed New York can be overnight, but delivery in two days.
Washington DC two day delivery.
Paid the $21 shipping fee for both orders. As of today, the expected delivery day
One order being held in customs, no expected delivery date given.
The other order held in Milan for 2 days, delivery date unsure, but after Monday.
Customer service was very sympathetic, and responsive, but their attitude was not our fault, it's the weather, or it's customs.
DHL same response not our fault we can't control those things.
That is true, but I'm the customer, and was promised delivery in at most two days. The earliest now appears to be 6 days if that happens. These were gifts for Valentines Day so that won't happen.
So if you're ordering for a special occasion, and can't wait for your order to arrive "whenever" I would not recommend this company. Despite multiple emails with the very nice rep phoebe, no offer of any compensation, or attempt to make this right. Everyone is "not at fault" and the customer has no recourse.
