I ordered welding cables on 01/03/2021 supposed to be delivered on the 01/08 but never showed. Have it a few more days and nothing, contacted cs thru livechat and they said my order was damaged in transit, they said I either had to let them file a damage claim and wait for later from ups or I could reorder them and let them charge my card again if I wanted immediately. I ordered these cause I need them for work. I've spent a lot of money building my own welding rig recently and can't afford to reorder them or even buy from someone else ,now I am missing out on work. It is now 02/20 and still no cables. This has been my worst experience ever buying anything online and has probably ruined me from ever doing it again.

Update, so I get an email on Friday the 26th of February saying my order had finally shipped only to receive another email on Monday saying their new inventory system sent out emails falsely saying orders shipped and to disregard the email. Now going on 2 months and still haven't received anything.
