Incorrect Date Request, Excellent Customer Service, Reasonable Price, Pleasant Driver
I can't believe I made such a silly mistake by requesting the wrong date for my shuttle service, but thankfully the customer service rep I spoke with was incredibly helpful and corrected it with no problem. Not only did they fix my mistake, but they also had a great sense of humor that made the situation less stressful. The price for the shuttle service was surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service provided. Our driver was amazing, engaging us in conversation and making the thirty-minute ride feel like it went by in a flash. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.
