App issue resolution
When I had a problem with an app crashing, I contacted Shift for help. Normally, when I tell other companies about a problem, they don't even respond. But Shift was totally different. They quickly assisted me in going back to an earlier version, let me know about a beta version I could test, and kept me in the loop about the program's upgrades. I was really impressed with how they followed up and stayed in touch during the whole process, which took about a month or two to fix. I am so thankful for their commitment to solving the problem and making sure everything was running smoothly.
