Overnight bag purchase
I just bought an overnight bag online, but I'm having a problem. I paid for it, but I didn't get any confirmation or order information. I tried reaching out to the company a few times, but they haven't answered. It's really frustrating and worrying that I might have been scammed. The lack of communication and customer service is disappointing.
