I ordered several things and eventually received them after a long period. The quality of all was not great but I wasn't surprised. I returned 3 of the worst items but never received a refund.They tried to give me a discount to keep the items but I insisted on a refund.They keep asking me for the weight of the return even though I sent them a picture of the return receipt and tracking information. I had to pay to return the items. So now I'm out the cost of the returned items and the cost of the return shipping. I think I'll dispute the charges with my credit card company.
