Beyond Belief episode with Jerry Sergeant
I just watched the Beyond Belief episode with Jerry Sergeant, and it was seriously amazing! His insights and healing techniques were mind-blowing, and I was really impressed by how much of an impact he had. I hope they have more episodes with him and his techniques for upgrading consciousness. Props to Gaia for offering such awesome content on their platform!

Lost item refund claim
I had a really bad time with TinyDeal's customer service when I was trying to get a refund for an item that got lost. The tracking info for my package disappeared after the last scan at Australia Post in Chullora. I contacted Australia Post, and they told me that only TinyDeal could ask for a refund on my behalf. Even after sending six emails to TinyDeal's customer service, I didn't get any response at all. It's not cool for any company to treat their customers like that. It feels like they just don't care once they've got your money.

2 bottles but only got one bottle
I ordered 2 bottles, but I only received one, and the one I did get was not the right one. The bottle I purchased was supposed to have BROAD SPECTRUM, but unfortunately the one I got did not. I was really disappointed and not happy with the mistake. Hopefully, they can work on their packaging and shipping to avoid this problem for other customers.
