VPN software purchase
I just bought VPN software from this company and I'm really happy with how well it works. It was super easy to set up and use, so now I can browse the internet safely and privately. I don't have to stress about anyone watching my online moves. Plus, the customer service team was really great at answering all my questions.

Overhyped clothing rental
I gave Nuuly a shot, just to see what all the hype was about, but man, was I disappointed. The clothes were kinda meh, felt like a cheap knock-off of another rental service I like. Plus, half the stuff I wanted wasn't even in stock, and the shipping took forever, cutting into my time to wear the outfits. If you want top-notch service, definitely go with a different rental company.

First phone call
I gave this guy Bill a call over in Connecticut and he turned out to be super nice and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and even volunteered to shoot over an installation diagram via email. I thought that was pretty awesome of him. Shoutout to Bill for all his help!
