Customer service and pricing
I had such a great time at Galactic Toys! The customer service was amazing - the staff was so friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions with a smile. And the prices were really good, especially compared to other stores. I felt like I got a lot of value for what I bought. Overall, I left Galactic Toys feeling super satisfied and I'll definitely go back again.

Sports Coat
I bought a sports coat from this company recently and it was a total disaster. I paid extra for 2-day shipping but they sent it via ground shipping which made it late. When it finally arrived, it was three sizes too big. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for a return or exchange but haven't heard back. Their lack of communication and customer service is awful. I'm really upset about my experience and would suggest people stay away from buying anything from here.
