T-shirt purchase
My recent online shopping experience was seriously disappointing. I ordered a t-shirt and paid for faster shipping, but when I got the package, I saw they sent me the wrong size. I shot customer service an email and was actually impressed with how quickly they fixed everything. They said sorry for the mix-up, sent me a new one right away, and even gave me a discount for my next buy because of the hassle.

Phone setup and number porting assistance
I just wanted to tell you all about this wonderful lady named Kathy who helped me out recently. She was so knowledgeable and patient when she helped me set up our phone system and transfer our number from our old provider, Ring Central. I'm not the best with technology, so Kathy's expertise was a lifesaver. She walked me through everything and stayed calm and helpful the whole time. Without her, I would have been totally lost trying to get our system working. I can't thank Kathy enough for going above and beyond to help me out.

New lenses in old frames
I just got some new lenses for my old glasses from Overnight Glasses for the first time. It was super easy and fast! I went on their website, entered my eye exam info, sent in my old frames, and got my new lenses in less than a week. The work they did was top-notch and the price was fair. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely use Overnight Glasses again.
