Wig purchase
I bought a wig from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was seriously impressed. The quality of the wig was top-notch, and the customer service I got was amazing. It's exactly what I wanted, and I'll definitely be coming back to buy more stuff in the future.

False promises and disappointment
It's really annoying when a company promises you free stuff and discounts but then doesn't come through. I was all pumped to show off this product to my nephews using a coupon, but then out of nowhere, they canceled my order. On top of that, I was supposed to get a free gift with my last purchase, but it never showed up like they said it would. It's a letdown when you feel like a company is not keeping its word and making you feel unappreciated for sticking with them.
