Review about: Lux Algo
Risk-free subscription purchase
I tried out the free indicators on TradingView first, and then I decided to go ahead and buy a 30-day risk-free subscription with Lux Algo. I really liked their two main products, PAC and Signals & overlays, because they were super helpful and informative. However, after about 25 days, I ended up canceling my subscription not because I didn't find it valuable, but because I wanted to look into other options.
A few months later, when I was checking my credit card statements, I realized that I hadn't gotten the refund as Lux Algo's policy stated. So I shot them an email on a Sunday night, expecting to wait a while for a reply. But to my surprise, when I woke up the next morning, they had already responded and promised they would give me a refund soon. It was obvious that they weren't trying to keep my money but were focused on fixing the issue quickly. I think it was just a small hiccup, and I really appreciate Lux Algo's fast response and solution. Keep it up!
