Birthday bouquet never arrived
I ordered this really nice birthday bouquet for my sister's 50th, right? But man, it never actually showed up! So my family and I had to quickly figure out a different gift, all because Floom dropped the ball. Their communication and customer service are seriously terrible, and offering a "refund and discount for a future order" just made things worse. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!
