Women's sandals
I recently bought some women's sandals from this company, but I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service. Basically, there was a mix up with my mailman after I moved, and he sent the package back to the company. I reached out to them about it, and after waiting like three weeks, they finally told me they had the package. They asked if I wanted a refund or still wanted the shoes, and I decided to have them resend the shoes. They said they would, but it's been a whole month now and I haven't heard anything about my order. I've sent a bunch of emails to their customer service team, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. It's so frustrating to have to wait two whole months for something I ordered originally with no idea when it will actually show up.

iCloud monitoring app purchase
I just bought an iCloud monitoring app from this site, but it didn't work like I thought it would because of some security stuff on my iCloud account that the app didn't know about. But even though I couldn't get it to work, the customer service was really good. When I told them about my problem, they quickly gave me half of my money back. I'm grateful for how they handled things and tried to help me out.
