Video editing software
My time dealing with this company was a total nightmare. I bought their video editing software and it was nothing but a headache and letdown. The program was full of glitches and technical problems that made it almost unusable. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were absolutely clueless and didn't help at all. It's clear this company doesn't have what it takes to make good products or give proper support to their customers. I'd definitely recommend avoiding this company and the trouble it brings.

Dark Gray Sunflower T-Shirt
The shirt I got from this store was pretty comfy and nicely put together, with a cool sunflower design. But man, was I bummed when I finally got it and saw that the color didn't match what was shown on the website. I was hoping for a deep, dark black shirt, but what I got was more of a dark gray shade. I got in touch with customer service and was happy to see they were super helpful and quick to respond. They told me that's just how their jet black looks and right away sent me a prepaid shipping label to send the shirt back.
