Some shipping problems, but the product arrived in good shape, though it had a little damage with a tiny hole in the arm. Easily fixed with some baby oil and powder. The mannequin's spine is too weak to support itself, making it hard to stand up straight. Worth looking into getting one without a skeleton for more stability.
