Sleep A10 earbuds
Hey, so I've been really into these earbuds lately. I've been using them when I sleep, and man, they're great. Only issue was that one of the buds kept shutting off randomly - not cool, right? I reached out to customer support and they tried to troubleshoot with me, but it didn't fix the problem. I contacted them again, and this awesome person named Esther really came through for me. She said they were gonna send me a new pair. They told me it would take two weeks, but I had them in my hands in just three days! Talk about coming in clutch.
