Delayed Order
I bought something on this website not too long ago and man, did it take forever to get to me. I placed my order, paid for it, and then waited a whopping three months for it to show up at my door. That was super annoying and inconvenient, let me tell you. It got me thinking, is this website even reliable? So, anyone thinking about shopping here, please do your homework and check out the reviews first. You definitely don't want to end up in the same frustrating situation I did.

Denial of refund due to minor issue
I had a really frustrating experience with this company recently. I bought something that didn't fit right, so I tried to return it for a refund. But they wouldn't take it back because of a tiny hair or fluff on the item. I was annoyed because I had only tried it on quickly and then put it right back in the package to return. The customer service was not helpful at all and kind of brushed me off. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure. Watch out for their super strict return rules!
