Sock subscription
I really liked getting my cool and colorful sock subscription at first. It was fun to have new socks show up at my door every month. But, I started running into problems with the delivery service that took away from the experience. They decided to switch to using USPS without tracking, which made it super confusing and frustrating to keep track of my packages. Sometimes it said the socks were delivered when they really weren't, making me wonder if I could rely on them at all. Even though the customer service was nice, I decided to cancel my subscription because of all the shipping issues. Now, I'm just crossing my fingers that my last batch of socks will come in time for the holidays.
