Very poor customer service. Very difficult to get hold of help desk/someone when you actually have an issue. Other times, you will receive 100s of calls from their team to get your child enrolled. They literally chase you. Once the child is enrolled, they don’t really care. They don’t follow up, they don’t respond or address your concerns. Their team members only want to get more children enrolled and make money but aren’t helpful otherwise. Don’t fall for their referral program. It’s a scam. Very dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. Find other platforms for your kids.
