Refund never issued
I would like to make a complaint. I love your product and have been a frequent customer. But your customer service is appalling. I am still awaiting a refund for a order I cancelled. It’s been a month or back and forth. I talked to a representative and latter was in touch with a manager. Both never admitted to their fault and always tried to push the burden upon me. And also pushed me away to resolve it with my back. To this day, our communications have been about how it was my fault that the refund wasn’t met or how the initial payment never went through. It’s beyond upsetting, I have repeatedly advised them that “my card was charged” and never refunded. I have taken to social media and many review websites to publicize this absurd customer service.

Water top
Ordered an item in June , received an email in July that it was shipped . It's now August and have not received my merchandise. Emailed twice with no response, very dissatisfied with this company .Will never order from company again . No phone number available to contact so that's a red flag !
