Defective X Sight scope
I got an X Sight scope from ATN on Amazon, and after just a month, it started acting up. It kept freezing and shutting down, even though I made sure the firmware was updated from ATN's website. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the firmware, but it was super complicated and taking forever, so I couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to ATN's Customer Support Manager for help, but after 8 weeks and 15 emails back and forth, my problem still wasn't fixed. The Customer Support Manager seemed kind of clueless and not able to handle the job well. As a last resort, I even emailed the CEO of the company, but I never heard back and my request was ignored. My whole experience with ATN's customer service was a total disaster. It's like they don't care at all about their customers or solving problems with their products. I'd suggest avoiding ATN if you want good customer service and don't want to deal with all the frustration of their incompetence.
