Trainer exchange with refund
I bought some sneakers from this store, but they ended up being too small. I reached out to customer service and they said they could exchange them once I sent them back. However, when I got my refund, I realized they didn't include the delivery fee. I contacted customer service again and they quickly fixed the problem. I was able to order the next size without any more issues.
