    Step Platforms for handicap and safety

    This I will say, in 71 years, we have NEVER been treated so rudely and with exceptional arrogance by any company’s CS employees?
    They had sent us a postcard stating our order was back ordered and it satiated an approximate delivery date of OVER A MONTH FROM THAT DATE, that is after we had already been waiting past 10 days without delivery!
    Since we really wanted the 4” steps when ice and snow made it difficult and dangerous for us to step up onto our landing, we could not wait that much longer?
    So I ordered very similar steps from Amazon which we received in 3 days!
    I called to cancel our order and Beltane CS person stated it was too late it was already being shipped, yet when we checked our account, the amounts were already debited, but about $14.99 HIGHER than the products showed in their catalogs?
    I called back 3 times feeling all their CS personnel could not possibly be this rude and every one of the 3 stated they could not stop the order already shipped, and could not track it?
    I told them all that whenever any order is shipped from any other company, they charge only at that time, and I told them it had already been debited?
    The inflated cost was because it was from a 3rd party shipper, yet my wife had ordered countless times from them and was NOT TOLD OF THE INCREASED DELIVERY COST OF $14.99 on 2 ordered for $29.95 each?
    So if we did return them, whenever they came,( about another week later!), we would lose the cost of the added on delivery fee, and judging by reviews on here, who knew how long our “supposed refund” would finally be credited on our account?
    What we are saying here, again, is that all 3 agents were very short with us, made comments like “I already told you this?”
    I also told each of them the lady taking the order never told her of the extra costs and never had at the time she ordered all items in the past? The so called “supervisor” suggested the agent DID TELL HER BUT PERHAPS SHE DID NOT REMEMBER?
    I told that younger guy, “Do you know my wife is right here with me and you are basically calling her a liar?”
    I put my wife on the call and he was rude to her and my wife is a very kind person!

    The “Bottom line”,........ NEVER AGAIN DEALING WITH “BRYLANE HOME!”
    Disrespectful of Ling time customers is never a way to keep a business successful, let alone far from it?
    As many folks say, if they could give a “0”, they would?
    Well, we will! “0”!!!!!!!!!
