Even though there was a delay because of some problems at the factory, I gotta say, the customer service at this store really impressed me. I shot them an email, and they got back to me right away, kept me in the loop, and made sure everything was sorted out quickly. As soon as they fixed the issue, my package arrived within a few days, and let me tell you, that hoodie is top-notch! It's now my go-to piece of clothing for sure.
