Great customer service! With all the recent tragic events Bulletproof Zone has been back ordered but after reading out to customer service with my concerns they quickly responded with answers and took action. I received my product before school started. Customer service followed up thoroughly and quickly to always make sure I was satisfied. I am at ease knowing my son is safe at school with his backpack shield. 5 star in my book. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I for sure will be shopping with them again.
