    Horrible experience with shuttlefinder.com. Here was my story with it:
    I need a transportation to the airport at 4am in the morning of May 3nd, and booked a car from shuttlefinder on April. To be fair, the booking experience was OK, just like any other platform. After the booking, they send me the ride ID 2552287, driver name and phone number. I texted the driver on May 2nd to check if everything OK. The driver replied OK. However, the driver NEVER show up the next morning to pick me up, no response to calls, texts, etc. Leave me in panic as no way to get a uber/lyft at that time - that was why I booked the shuttle from shuttlefinder! Thanks to my nice neighbor gave me a ride to the airport so that I did not miss my flight.
    After that, I contacted shuttlefinder for an explanation and refund (they charged me around $97 at the booking). No responses for the first few emails (no customer service phone number, can only send emails). I keep trying and eventually on May 6th they replied, and here is their original message:
    "Although we are a reservation service for the provider, we are not involved in their daily activities. We have forwarded your concerns to the shuttle provider and have asked them to investigate. We will email you once we have a resolution with the provider".
    "We are unable to issue a refund until the investigation has been completed. The investigation can be followed up using your reservation ID 37742".
    Until this moment (June 17), still no further resolution, no refund, etc. I will NOT give up until receive a satisfiable answer!
