Easy booking process, unclear baggage allowance
I just booked a flight with this company, and it was so simple and easy. The prices were actually cheaper than other websites, which was nice. But, the big issue was the lack of info about baggage rules. I couldn't find anything about weight limits for personal items or carry-on bags anywhere on the site, not even in the fine print. I had to just go off of what I knew from flying with other airlines, which was annoying.
